With knowledge and expertise in marketing, tenant screening, background checks and verification, lease negotiations and RTB set up, rental price analysis, automatic rent payment systems and more, you can leverage my experience without going through the trials and tribulations new landlords often go through. 

Renting your home is a complex process that can be stressful and time-consuming. I have the knowledge, skills, and connections to help you through the process every step of the way. However, I am not a full time property manager simply because my full time job is helping people buy and sell their dream homes, and investors to find the right deal for them! I am not a full time property manager, and if this is what you are seeking, I can provide referrals to several companies that offer this service.

First time investors and landlords who are just starting their investment journey, people who want to move away temporarily then move back into their home, people who want to sell their home but due to circumstances want to collect money while their home is being sold, people who are intimidated or scared about renting and so much more. Essentially if you need help acquiring tenants, getting your home rented out and setting up systems (the hard part) but want to manage the property (the still sorta hard but MUCH easier with good systems in place part) then this is who I can serve.

Essentially anyone who wants to simply take a step back from the entire process and let someone else deal with both the setting up AND continuous management of the property. For these people I can refer them to full time property management companies.
